Ten things:
1) It is raining. The rain will freeze. It's going to be a real mess.
2) The electrician still isn't finished. The unpredictability of a lack of schedule is so annoying.
3) My local news is so so awful. The news director does not have a broadcast background, she is really really terrible.
4) Since tearing my bedroom apart for the electrician last week, I am very slowly putting it back together. I'm hoping to drastically reduce my wardrobe. And clutter.
5) I made an instructional knitting video for my Virginia sister. I struggled with how to hold the camera until I heard my neighbor get home and asked her to film it.
6) My current knitting project is making me so happy! I can't wait to finish so I can wear it.
7) Contract negotiations are about to begin. I reviewed the contract and am back in the jargon. I don't anticipate a difficult process.
8) And there might be a reconfiguration of salaries--a raise perchance?
9) Oh, my eyes are so irritated.
10) I think I will skip the SoTU speech tonight. It pains me as a social studies teacher to say that, but...

"A reconfiguration of salaries?" That's bureaucratic speech,for sure! I hope it turns out to be mo' money!
We seem to be having your same weather. It gets a little warmer. The snow melts and puddles. Then we get freezing rain and there's ice everywhere. Sigh.
