Gol... that's a good question. Is it habits that annoy myself or things I do that I know annoy others? Because the answers would be different.Being good is hard, and hardly worth the effort. But what if you could just wish away a few of your bad habits? Which annoying personal tics would you choose? And while you're at it, are there any good habits you'd like to magically adopt?
Let's see: at school: I would be more encouraging when kids are dumb. Now, I know that sounds harsh, but these students are really lacking in some very basic knowledge. Magically, I would draw up new seating plans. And magically, I would develop a creativity and love for bulletin boards.
At home: I would tackle the clutter. This is the year to purge. Yup.
With family: I need to keep in touch better. Sending snail mail goodies to them. That's always fun. And... well, I guess I've worked a lot on the rift, so I won't have to focus on that as much.
With friends: uhm... I would allow them to see the vulnerable side of me more often.
For myself: sheesh... tomorrow is Therapy Thursday so I guess I'll save this topic for then.
what if this is as good as it gets?

Hi, thanks for all the really nice things you said in support of my blog today. :-) Should a secret handshake be necessary, you'll know it.
I have many habits that annoy myself, like I can't just do one then and when I'm finished do another. Not even walking from one end of the house to the other to put something away, I've been known to stop midway and clean the bathroom or fluff the pillows on the couch. OCD perhaps?
don't feel shy about jumping in and playing along with the QOTD, that's the fun of it! :-)
Sounds more like ADD then OCD. :-D
