This second in the series did not disappoint!  I'm still not the biggest romantacy fan, but I rooted for Violet and Xaden.  As with the first book, I felt the battle was a bit long and drawn out.  But the tension built and I genuinely wanted the good guys to win.  The dragons are even more fun in this book.  I skipped some of the sex stuff.  Now I have to wait until January 2025's release of book 3!
