Would you give your vehicle a tune up before embarking on a 1,000 mile (500 miles each way) road trip? I love my car! But I might give it a tune-up before a thousand-mile trip--or at least I would check the oil level and the tire pressure

8) J.R.R. Tolkien's Fellowship of the Rings was published. It's the first of three volumes in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Have you read the books and/or seen the movies? I have not read the trilogy and I don't think I have seen the movies (I really don't recall)
9) Sports Illustrated was first published. As a special promotion, the premier issue included baseball cards. With the introduction of online communities and trading apps, collecting baseball cards continues to grow in popularity. Are there any card collectors in your life? not that I know of

#4: You're such a wise road warrior. I had a car care client for a couple years and one of their conundrums was, how to make more drivers like you. Regular maintenance is not only cheaper in the long run for the consumer, it's better business for the mechanics because routine "check-ups" are scheduled while repairs tend not to be.
