I am...

ReadingA World of Curiosities by Louise Penny and The Moth Catcher by Ann Cleeves

Listening to: the furnace

Loving: today's Anti-stress Lab was a huge success for my AP Psychology class

Thinking:  about making dinner

Feeling:  emotional--sad but nostalgic

Celebrating:  the life of a former colleague who lost his battle with cancer--we had worked closely together for 20 years, so this is a significant loss

Grateful for: the memories

Weather:  it is 19° and partly sunny

Enjoying:  reminiscing with other colleagues about the shenanigans and hijinks we got up to over those 20 years

A quote I want to share:

“We all lose friends… we lose them in death, to distance, and over time. But even though they may be lost, hope is not. The key is to keep them in your heart, and when the time is right, you can pick up the friendship right where you left off. Even the lost find their way home, when you leave the light on” – Amy Marie Waltz
