Day 12:  What kind of business would you love to start and would you want to run it?

I would start a literacy program.  Primarily for adults, but really anybody who could use some assistance with literacy and fluency.  Especially if it was a non-profit.  I would like to run some aspects of it but not the grant writing or financial side.  I'd be a disaster.
