Emotional = I'm starting to recover from the past year and a half of teaching during a pandemic
Spiritual = I relaxed and chilled out today
Personal = finished knitting a baby blanket for my bestie's grandbaby
Social = made plans to go to Central Maine tomorrow with a colleague/friend
Household = scrubbed the bathroom
Pampering = I spent a long time getting groceries today, really choosy choices
