Chapter 4
The crisp autumn air slapped me in the face as I set off desperate to put as much distance between myself and the pub as I could in the shortest time possible.  As I stuffed my arms into the sleeves of my coat, I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket.  I ignored it.  I had no intention of going back and listening to Gavin's pathetic justification for having his sausage battered by the chippy girl on what was supposed to be our special night.
