Physical = took a little drive in the sunshine and walked on the bike path
Emotional = reflected on where I am mentally and spiritually; had a check-in with myself
Personal = spent the majority of the afternoon knitting the blanket for my bestie
Household = sorted the pile of knitting that needs to be blocked so I can gift some items
Pampering = savored a cup of hot cocoa
