Spiritual = watched the sermon from my Pennsylvania sister's church
Personal = read the 16th book in my favorite mystery series
Social = visited with my bestie--we talked for almost 2½ hours
Household = cleaned the bathroom and took out all the trashes
Pampering = savored a bowl of Ben & Jerry's Americone Dream
