I'm reading Stowed Away (Maine Clambake Mystery #6).

I said good-bye to Mom and went out to the front porch to enjoy the sea breeze and wait for Sonny. Across the street, a nondescript silver sedan pulled into the parking space in front of the Snuggles Inn. Maine State Police Sergeant Tom Flynn got out, walked around to the other side, and opened the passenger door for Genevieve.
