musing mondays

Musing Mondays asks you to muse about one of the following each week…

• I’m currently reading…
• Up next I think I’ll read…
• I bought the following book(s) in the past week…
• I’m super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish-news)…
• I’m really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
• I can’t wait to get a copy of…
• I wish I could read ___, but…
• I blogged about ____ this past week…

Are there any books you are really eagerly waiting for in 2017?

I can't think of any books that are coming out that I'm eager for.

I will, however, muse about my book group meeting this Wednesday. This month we are reading the Matthew Dicks' book Something Missing. I read it last May. But I didn't re-read it and I can't remember all of the details. I'm waffling between cram-reading it or winging it and relying on memory. Memory is winning. This is the first book group book I haven't read or re-read. I almost feel guilty.

I think it because it is January. I feel the same. I would just go and rely on memory and let go of the guilt!! Happy Monday
