So, I've been grappling with guilt. I feel guilty that I'm not doing anything this summer. Guilty for taking time off. In my head, I know it's ridiculous. But there's that part of me that still feels uncomfortable. Creating some goals might make me feel better.
Here goes:
- Read five books
- Toss all the empty boxes
- Relax
- Spend time with my friends
- Go to Cafe Sorpreso at least once a week
- Spend time with my family

I put reading books on my list too!
Good goals! Very realistic, and enjoyable.
Those are great goals. Don't feel guilty about taking time off...just enjoy it! If you really need something to do, come out to Kansas. I have plenty on my goal list to keep you busy
Five books in a month! You are an ambitious one, aren't you? Maybe you feel guilty because you're one of those breeds who has to work. Go with whatever makes you feel comfortable.
Great goals. Hopefully I can read five books this month too. Spending time with friends and family are great goals. I am such an empty box hoarder. I am always afraid I am going to need the box, so I keep it. My new microwave box is still sitting in my living room and its been two weeks. Yikes! Granted my daughter (yes, she is 13) has been playing in the box.
Yep, guilt is such a wasteful emotion. I know because i waste time everyday feeling guilty about everything. Goals help but i keep them realistic. xx
You're going to see Sting?!
I'm sorry, but we can no longer be friends. He's my George Clooney.
Oooops, I wrote my comment on the wrong post... but the sentiment remains. :)
