food glorious food

Ninth day of the July Challenge:


What is your food philosophy? Do you have a favorite kind of food?

My food philosophy is "all things in moderation." I get obsessive about food when I diet, so I stopped dieting. I am not much of a snacker. I don't eat after 6pm. And I only eat chocolate birthday cake. My favorite kind of food is carby food: mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, pizza. Although, I do eat a lot of fruit.

I am not a big fan of dieting either, I invariable gain back some of the weight when I stop :/

I quit dieting a long time ago. I think God meant for me to be a little on the pudgy side. (Little?) And I like to eat! There is my philosophy

I also get obsessive about food. That's why diets didn't work for me. I love crunchy so I just keep a lot of carrots and celery and apples around. I like to make sweets, but it helps that I can't have chocolate because of the caffeine factor (I am way hypersensitive to caffeine).
