I just had the best customer service experience I've ever had from Sean G. at Audible.com. I was having a miserable time trying to sync my iPod and iPad with the audiobooks I had just purchased. Really having a struggle. I had tried everything I could think of, watched tutorials, Googled some suggestions... and finally I called Audible's customer support. Bless Sean G. for his patience when I was almost out of mine.

Now I can listen to my new books while I knit.
