I feel as though someone hit me in the head with a shovel. Holy stuffy head. And sneezing and sneezing. I've been sleeping all weekend, especially after I got a sore throat on my drive home from shopping Saturday.

I recommend Umcka cold relief. Really, it helps, and the taste doesn't suck.
