grr... I mean brrr...

Egads! It's freakin' cold and there's no heat or hot water. Grrr... After calling my landlord he said we're getting a new furnace and the installation has taken much longer than expected. He forgot to let us know. Duh. He's a good landlord but he's a bit of an airhead. As long as there's plenty of hot water in the morning. I cannot imagine what I would do in the morning if there isn't hot water.
