coolant recovery reservoir
transmission
power steering
clutch reservoir
Rotate tires
Inspect the following:
air cleaner element
exterior glass
windshield wipers & washers
battery & connections
drive belt condition
drive train for oil or water leaks
exhaust system
front & rear shocks & struts
CV joint dust boots
brake system for leaks
tire wear
cooling system hoses & clamps
parking brake
brake fluid level
operation of horn, exterior lamps, turn signals, hazard warning lights
State Inspection due date (they inspected it for me)
Road test
Clean battery terminals
check coolant strength, adjuts to -40
inspect steering linkage, ball joints
lube hinges, latches & door locks
check & adjust air pressure in spare tire
replace engine air filter
replace cabin air filter if applicable
transmission flush:
mechanically flush old fluid from transmission, transmission lines & cooler; replace with new fluid
coolant flush:
drain old anti-freeze from engine & radiator, replace with new coolant good to -40 degrees
replace fuel filter
replace positive crankcase ventilation valve
For a grand total of $389.49

I had the 30,000 mile check up on my car last month and it cost me about the same amount. :(
OUCH! :-(
It's like going to the doctor for your annual check up, isn't it? And probably just as much fun. Sheesh!
