Ekhart Tolle's book and it was thought-provoking. Taking the online classes made me love the book even more, though. Oprah had some great insights but there is nothing like hearing the author describe the work in his own words. I'm going to recommend it to my reading group and see what happens. I'm going to try to figure out how iTunes works so I can perhaps burn a CD of the classes, too.
