Dr. Lisa was able to assuage my guilt from my bitchy behavior the other night (see my confession) and helped me gain some perspective. She asked me why I am friends with someone that I don't always like; knowing the background of why I behaved so badly. I've got a few things to work on but it feels good to get to the root of why I said what I said and how the response I got wasn't worth how I feel about myself for having done it.
After that, the day was fantastic. I've been lazing around watching movies and I have some wrapping to finish up with and then I'm golden.
I feel peace and contentment and a lot of joy in my heart. Dr. Lisa said I am very good at being present in the moment and I take that as quite a compliment.
Here's to the jolly fat guy and his imminent arrival!

Being present in the moment is a wonderful thing to be, especially over the holidays when we're bombarded with anticipation and tradition and memories. Congratulations! I think you gave yourself a very wonderful Christmas gift there.
