This week at Mundane Monday:
Do you have a favorite recipe you’ve been hiding from the world for years, but think it’s time to finally share with others? Or, maybe you have a few that you don’t mind sharing.
Peanut Clusters:
12 oz chocolate chips
6 oz butterscotch chips
15 oz (one can) of Spanish (red skin) peanuts
Mix the chips together and microwave to melt. Stir in the Spanish peanuts. Drop by
teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow them to set for about an hour and store in an
air-tight container.
What are some of your favorite recipes (list as many as you like)? Why do you like them and why should others try them?
Peanut Clusters are a fantastic holiday treat--and make a lovely gift. I don't cook anymore, so I won't bother to look up favorite recipes. meh.
