just another manic monday
Would you be able to serve on a jury and sentence the defendant to the death penalty if he/she were found guilty of a crime that the court felt warranted the death penalty? no, I don't believe the government has the right to say who can live and who can die. And yes, it's my opinion and I'm entitled to it. It's inhumane.
Have you ever faked being ill to avoid doing something you didn’t want to do? I can't think of a time, but I'm sure I must've back in the day; now I wouldn't bother to fake.
Would you state you were guilty of a crime you didn't commit to free a loved one? I think it would depend--a true loved one would not ask.

I agree with you on question #1 and it seems that we are in the minority when it comes to our answer.
I totally agree on number 3. It is so right that someone who truly loves you would never ask you to take a fall for them. Great responses...
I see that we are pretty much in agreement on these things. =))
Wow, back in high school I faked sick a few times. Did I say a few times? I really did mean a few DOZEN times!!!
Oh, and on Number 1 -- Osama bin Laden deserves to be killed by the U.S. government. That's as death penalty as I believe in... heck, I'd maybe even pull the trigger myself.
