I LOVE LOVE LOVE Maine. I don't think I'd like your winters but my 2 daughters and hubby and I loved camping in Acadia in 2004, then in 2009 we rented a cottage there; we've spent time in Freeport and near a town called Brunswick I think it was as my hubby's aunt and uncle had a place on I think Casco bay (I think i'm remembering this correctly?) and last June we spent our anniversary week in a charming AirBnB Condo in Ogunquit and explored that whole area plus Portland. I just LOVE maine. On my bucket list is to go to Caribou. Just because I love Caribou. hahah
No remote, no TV! I imagine you can order a new one. If you really want to. Which it sounds like maybe you don't.
Oh my goodness - no remote! I never have control of the remote! I think you can order a replacement on Amazon.
