The Carnegies and Rockefellers may not have been the grooviest people, but they gave us public libraries and Colonial Williamsburg. And Ted Turner was a world-class philanthropist. I, too, miss men of conscience like them. PS I too spend an awful lot of time watch BBT and Friends. Cable seems to want me to like 2 1/2 Men more than I ever will, though.
