three on thursday

Three things about today:

1)  I used my time wisely today and got a lot of lesson planning done.  I also rewrote the instructions for an activity and I think my students will be more engaged with it.

2)  In explaining the power of marketing to my students, I used the example of me purchasing Oofos "recovery slides". I'm no athlete, I explained, and I have nothing to recover from--but I bought the sandals anyhow.

3)  Today was picture day and all of my classes were constantly interrupted.
