| August Happy Challenge 2024 |
I'm gearing up to go back to school. This is the final full week of vacation. And it's loaded with appointments and meetings and so forth. So today was a hurkle-durkle day. To hurkle-durkle is "to lie in bed or lounge about when one should be up and about". Every Sunday is hurkle-durkle day. And I'm getting back into that routine.

I go back to school tomorrow! Yikes. I need at least one more month of summer break! Our students come back a week from Wednesday. This might be my last year of teaching before I retire....or not. Maybe one more year after this one. We'll see how it goes. So glad you could rest and relax today. I hope you have a very productive week next week and a good school year!
I had a day like this, too. I treasure those days.
