happy day 26

Today's happy is from making a favorable impression on my principal by starting the Mock the Vote process (the state-wide student mock election).  I ordered the state's materials.  I organized a team of student leaders to be election clerks.  I contacted the League of Women Voters to have a non-partisan speaker come in to discuss the voting process, the ballot, and the state initiatives.
