Physical = oops, I didn't do much of this
Emotional = I spent time by myself, I'm feeling overwhelmed
Spiritual = it's a hurkle-durkle day.
Personal = reading and coloring--I'm almost finished with Amor Towles' book of short stories
Social = spent time with my parents and then texted my friends and sisters
Household = got my new vacuum put together and then tried it out--it's awesome!
Pampering = had an iced coffee this morning--I realize it's an expense but I justify it because I don't go out to eat very often
