12. What's your favorite smell? What's your least favorite smell? I like sandalwood, lavender, baking bread, puppy toes, babies heads, fresh laundry... and my least favorite smell is old fish, liver frying and other rotting things

Yes, routine health care needs to be more accessible, certainly in the USA.
