holiday spirit

I went to an actual, grown-up Christmas party tonight.  And I had a nice time.  Lots of laughter and storytelling.  A Yankee Swap gift exchange.  Delicious hors d'oeuvres.  People I hadn't met.

It was a very nice way to start vacation.
