    7. If you had to go back in time and start a brand new career, what would it be? I would be a therapist, quite possibly for youth
    8. What do people get wrong about you? they assume I'm outgoing
    9. Do you believe that people can change? Why or why not? it depends on what's changing
    10. What is some of the best advice your mother ever gave you? my mum died when I was six, so she didn't really give me advice--but my grandmother drilled into me "Never pass up an opportunity to go to the bathroom."
    11. If you could see into the future, what would you want to find out? if I can indeed retire in four years
    12. How has your life turned out differently than you imagined it would? I don't even know where to begin
    13. What is the longest project you have ever worked on? curriculum mapping for vertical alignment for my school district
    14. What have been some of your favorite restaurants through the years? I miss my favorite--Cafe Sorpreso 
    15. What is one of the best shows you've ever been to? my very first concert was Billy Joel's Innocent Man tour--that was amazing and the most recent show I went to in May the Boston Pops Ragtime featured my friend the actor and he has never sounded better

I never pass up an opportunity to pee, either. But that was something I learned, not advice. (And the commercial I posted makes me cry, too.)

I saw Billy Joel in 1974 in New Paltz. Good musician, but really stiff, not all the personality that he became.
