This week’s questions were generated by Google Bard in response to the prompt, “Please list five good getting-to-know-you questions.” As you might expect, they are not very creative. In fact, Google Bard gave me a second “here are some other…” list, and these questions all came from that. Don’t worry; I don’t plan to do this again. It was just to see what would happen.
- What is your favorite thing to learn about? as a teacher, I am always learning about learning
- What is your favorite thing to do with your friends? share a meal
- What is your favorite place you’ve ever been? Ireland
- What is your favorite way to relax? reading, knitting, noodling around on the internet
- What is your favorite thing to cook? lately it's been buffalo chicken dip
The Bard adds: “These are just a few examples, and there are many other great getting-to-know-you questions out there. The best questions are the ones that are open-ended and allow for conversation. So, get creative and ask questions that will help you get to know the people you meet in a deeper way.”

learning about learning is so true. I start back with training this week. We have training the next two weeks and kids start the 22nd.
I see you are going to read ACOTAR. I have thought about it. Enjoy.
