Although I love all manner of chips, I do think the plain potato chip doesn't get enough credit, as I was reminded this week when someone brought some excellent chips to the office.
My dad has never cared for flavored chips, and often said when I was growing up, "A potato chip should taste like a potato chip." I think this might be a good epitaph for him someday. :)
