Day 27: Talk about a favorite of jewelry or an accessory that has a special significance.
I have always been a scarf fan. Even when they aren't fashionable, I wear them. And when I go out of town they have become my memento of the trip. I have a few silk square scarves that I picked up in Ireland that I still wear--and that's almost 40 years!

Ah, scarves! I would love to make them work, but I don't have a talent for them. I remember reading about a boarding school friend of JBKO's. She said Jackie would take her scarves. "Give me that!" and tie it for her perfectly, and in a way she hadn't quite imagined. (Another thing JBKO did better than me.)
