Day 25: Best tips for dealing with darker mornings and evenings?

  • Keep a regular sleep schedule.
  • Get as much natural light as possible.  If not possible, invest in a full-spectrum lamp.
  • Continue to socialize and attend activities in the evening.
  • Stretch.
  • Get organized for dark mornings by prepping the night before, especially getting clothing ready.
  • Eat fruits and veggies.
  • Indulge a little.
  • Take time for hygge--create cozy rituals.
  • Enjoy your hobbies!
