Loving:  this beautiful day--the sunrise was awe-inspiring and magnificent

Feeling:  relaxed and happy

Celebrating:  I had a bit of a moment with my psychology class today--we started by watching the episode of Brain Games about fear and then we talked about the fear center in our brain, the amygdala, and finally we researched our fears/phobias and created Amygdala Awareness ribbons to raise awareness for our fears/phobias by illustrating the awareness ribbons.  They were engaged, responsive, and seemed to love it.

Grateful for:  creative ideas

Weather:  it is 62° and mostly sunny
