August 10: Today I was happy when my plans got canceled. I had some personal business to take care of that included being on hold (listening to gawdawful music) for long periods of time. I got everything successfully taken care of. Things are looking favorable.

Last time I was on hold, I got some faux Hawaiian music. Ukulele? It was strange and made an annoying situation even more annoying.
