Ten things I should do but don't...
1) I should take part in a sleep study. Lately, my sleep has been so erratic that I wonder if it's sleep apnea.
2) Exercise.
3) Read nonfiction, poetry, and other forms of literature.
4) Once and for all cut the tie with cable.
5) Cook more various meals.
6) Eat more fresh fruit.
7) Write more actual snail mail letters.
8) Put fresh sheets on the bed more often. I have several sets of sheets.
9) Stop putting stuff where it doesn't belong, so I'm not overwhelmed with clutter.
10) Remove the nail polish from my toes.

I had a sleep study a few weeks ago. If you'd like, I'd be happy to walk through it with you, FB me. No wonder I sleep horribly. I'm looking forward to CPAP. Seriously.
