Physical = I took the stairs instead of the escalator
Emotional = I didn't get overly emotionally engaged in my rating today (although I'm back up to "exceeds")
Spiritual = I sat in the sunshine and meditated
Personal = I spent some time knitting and I'm noodling around on the internet
Social = I'm texting with one of my students who graduated today! I just watched the graduation
Household = I started thinking/organizing my suitcase and packing
Pampering = I am going to sleep early!
