Thing one:  I've got a cold*--the first since 2019.  I should have expected it because all the kids are sneezing and hacking.  

Thing two: How did I forget what a weenie I am when I'm sick?

Thing three: I took a couple of days off, slept, and feel better.  

*And yes, I tested several times for Covid--all negative.
