7. How do you take care of yourself when you are stressed?

Easier said than done--however, I make a concerted effort to drink water and get rest.  I know that sleep is the thing for me.  I make sure I do a before-bed body scan from Calm or listen to a sleep story from Headspace.

  1. When I'm super stressed, a THC bath bomb does the trick for me.

  2. I go to bed earlier these days. I find it helps my productivity during the day.
