2. A person whom you admire.
This might sound a bit corny but I admire my book group members. Tonight there were fourteen of us gathered together, fully masked, socially distanced. We had a thoughtful, lively discussion of our book, Hamnet by Maggie O'Farrell. Most of them said they would not have picked up the book on their own and a few even added it to the list of all-time favorite books. I admire their willingness to read the books I select and to be open to genres that aren't their first choice.

That's a lovely sentiment to your book group! I chose Maya Angelou... my literary hero.
I love that you have heroes in your own life.
