Spiritual = did what I wanted to do as I wanted to do it
Personal = I worked on a project for my bestie's classroom: a pom pom garland
Social = chatted with my bestie and my Virginia sister
Household = took care of the kitchen mess and vacuumed
Pampering = I bought a lovely bouquet of flowers from the Mapleton Flower Cart

I'm glad you bought yourself flowers.
After 17 months, we're getting ready to return to the office. It's stirred up a lot of emotions in me that I wasn't expecting.
