Thing one:  the Lymphedema clinic is working wonders!  We're cutting back to one visit per week.  

Thing two:  I'm going to focus on self-care this month.  Really diving deep into recovery from the past year and a half of pandemic teaching.

Thing three: A girlfriend getaway!  It's going to be awesome to spend time with my girlfriends--a weekend away!
