Physical = spent 2 hours in the direct sunshine after walking a half-mile--I ended up with a sunburn
Emotional = decided to attend graduation because it would mean a lot to my students
Spiritual = sent good vibes and wishes to the graduates
Personal = spent time reading
Social = sat with some colleagues at the graduation and had a great time
Household = did the dishes
Pampering = slathering lotion on my sunburn
