- What have you done lately for improving or maintaining your mental health? What more would you like to do? I started therapy again, through TalkSpace--and my therapist, Lori, is a fantastic fit for me: she really gets me
- When did you last eat something specifically because it was good for you? last weekend I specifically made a salad to eat something healthy
- These days, what are you learning about, and what would you like to learn about next? I've been reading up on some Sociology theories so I can create activities for my students--I'm trying to keep them engaged even though they are mostly distance learning
- What’s positive about your physical appearance lately? I've enjoyed my hair lately, I feel like I've had several good hair days this week--and we got to wear jeans all week (which is a HUGE deal for my school) and I was "on point" with my outfits (according to my students)
- What will you do this weekend to bring joy into your life and a smile to someone else? tomorrow will be a get together with my Breakfast Club girlfriends--even though we're still not going out for breakfast but the name stands--and it will be so good to see them
