  1. With whom did you most recently exchange words?  I wished the school secretary a wonderful weekend

  3. What have you loved or hated upon reading its first paragraph? I am not enjoying my current read.  I've thought about abandoning it but something is making me keep reading--it's got to get better, right??
  4. In the story of your life, what will be the title of the chapter beginning tomorrow? Waiting Patiently or Dodging Raindrops
  5. What are the best and worst books you were assigned to read in school? I absolutely LOVED Crime & Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevski; I did not enjoy The Good Earth by Pearl S. Buck

Scrubbing the tub... or the toilet of a bathroom belonging to three boy-children of varying ages!

My most hated read for #3 and #5... The Catcher in the Rye. I HATED IT!

Oh noooooooo I love The Good Earth!

Didn't read it as an assignment, but I assigned it for summer reading when I was a ninth-grade English teacher. :)

#2 made me smile because as I scrubbed the bowl I noticed how my entire bathroom could really use a scrub down. "Someone" should do something about this. Unfortunately, I am "someone" and I don't really feel like it. At all.

#5: YEA to The Great Gatsby. NAY to Moby Dick. I could not have hated that book more.
