1) What are you grateful for right now? I'm grateful for vacation--with minimal plans

5)  When have you felt supported over the past month? I had a heart to heart with a good friend and felt heard

6)  When have you felt alone over the past month? at the beginning of the month, I had to spend Easter by myself--it was yet another way that COVID ruined my holidays

7)  In what ways can you be kinder to yourself? I can pay more attention to getting all the food groups every day
