20.  What do you need today? (Not "what do you need TO DO")  What is one way you can give yourself some extra care today?  I've been overthinking and not keeping up with my sleep schedule and I feel it.  So today I'm going to rest.

  1. We are so tracking, Kwiz! I've been overthinking everything these days, too. Then I get mad at myself for causing myself stress, so in addition to stress, I have a nice, shiny patina of self-loathing. I've been working with my therapist on this: at least now I catch myself doing it and she's given me some effective mechanisms for dealing with it, but it would be nice to just not overthink.
