19.  What are the most important characteristics in a friend?  Do you have those qualities? The most important quality in a friend is showing up.  Being present.  Sharing time together.  And listening without judgment--that can be a bugger, but it's important.  Celebrating victories small and significant.  Being supportive.  Laughing. 

I have these qualities in varying degrees.
